This place is a true sanctuary in Hoboken. Simply being in its energy can promote healing. Over the years, various healers have contributed to creating a genuinely sacred environment, and the wisdom they brought has allowed everyone who visits to experience deep inner healing, regardless of the methods used.
This place is truly transformational and magical, offering a nurturing environment for your body. I was able to alleviate my chronic lower back pain through Zena Rommet Floor Barre and Hatha yoga. Additionally, I found mental healing through Reiki and Resonance Repatterning. I highly recommend ZenSpace to anyone seeking to heal their body or embark on a new wellness practice!
This studio definitely deserves a perfect 10 in my opinion, as it is extremely nurturing and attentive to individual needs. The floor bar class on Tuesdays is excellent for aligning the body and offers a fantastic mental challenge.
