I received an everything bagel from this location today, and it was quite disappointing. It clearly looked like it hadn't been proofed properly. I found it hard to believe this could be served to customers. Unfortunately, by the time I opened the bag, I was too far away to go back and return it. View all feedback.
This is your typical hole-in-the-wall Dunkin' Donuts. The bagel sandwich was just mediocre—lacked flavor. The most frustrating part was that the employee behind the counter struggled to make change, completely confusing the customer by giving them 20 cents instead of the correct amount, leaving me to retrieve my $10 bill.
I don't often buy coffee to go, but when I do, I prefer Dunkin' Donuts over Starbucks any day. Recently, I visited this new franchise to purchase some gift cards for friends who are devoted Dunkin' fans. The store was clean and organized, and it appeared to be family-run. I was greeted by a friendly man (possibly the owner) who assisted me in purchasing three gift cards. I also picked up a jelly doughnut, my favorite, to share with my husband waiting in the car. The doughnut was fresh and absolutely delicious. My friends were thrilled with the gift cards. Dunkin' offers the usual selection of coffee, tea, doughnuts, and other somewhat unhealthy food options, but as an occasional treat, they can't be beaten. While I wish this location success, I can't help but feel a bit disheartened by the overwhelming number of chains that are overshadowing unique local coffee shops. However, I suppose people will choose what they like.

New review(4 stars): No more frozen coffee due to supply chain issues which at out of their control, but disappointing to me. Employees are very nice which I always appreciate! Previous Review (3 stars): I am disappointed in the manager who I will notname so they do not get embarrassed. After Cody left, the new manager fired a bunch of the OG employees who had worked at dunkinfor years. I know that Crystal was fired but she was awesome and always knew my order. Denise would call me by my first name andknew my order. Joni was very nice!! Only 1 remains from the old dunkin. I have waited 30 minutes for a donut and while I waswaiting someone told me that they had waited 45 minutes for a coffee. Some employees have told me that the manager is mean andthey try to work when she is not working. There always seems to be new people working which makes the wait longer. I would give1 star, but I had previously given 5 stars, so I'm giving 3 stars to average it out! Don't get me wrong. The manager is thehardest worker there. I just think they need more help because it is so busy! Previous review: (5 stars) Denise makes a greatfrozen coffee, Crystal is always friendly, and I am always in and out quite quickly.
