**Restaurant Closure Leaves Diners Disappointed** In an alarming oversight, a local restaurant has been reported as permanently closed, yet remains listed on OpenTable, misleading potential diners. Guests arriving with reservations are met with shuttered doors and renovation signs, sparking frustration and disappointment. Many have expressed their disbelief after receiving confirmation emails shortly before their visits, only to find themselves without a dining option. This situation raises questions about the reliability of reservation platforms and the need for accurate listings to ensure a seamless dining experience. Diners are advised to verify restaurant schedules directly before planning their outings.
This restaurant is permanently closed and has been for quite some time. My wife and I had a disappointing experience when we planned an evening dinner before attending an event at Ravinia. We arrived only to find the restaurant no longer in business and undergoing renovations. I am astonished that OpenTable still lists it. I even received a reminder email the day before our reservation, asking for confirmation of our arrival! Now, I'm being asked to review a restaurant that doesn't even exist. How could this happen? Please remove this restaurant from your listings!
This restaurant is CLOSED and has been for quite some time! This restaurant was closed, and OpenTable should not be accepting reservations for it. Thankfully, we were able to find another place to eat.
