I can't believe they have the audacity to call this Italian food. I was served thin noodles and flavorless spaghetti. When I requested vegetables, I received squash that was so overcooked it was a disgusting mush. The Alfredo sauce was lacking any flavor or richness—it was just a watery mess. K’Zolis Food Truck came to my apartment complex. Even though a lot of people were ordering, our meals came up fast. My family got three orders of spaghetti and meatballs. The portions were generous. We each got three meatballs. There was melted cheese on top of the spaghetti, and a nice size piece of garlic bread. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend K’Zolis! Hands down best food around! The people are amazing to work with! We own a wedding venue and they do the majority of our events! We have had nothing but positive feedback from brides!
Their food truck came to our apartment. Having little experience of American or Italian food, I cannot give a detailed analysis or subjective review on the authenticity of the cuisine. However, I loved their lasagna and parmesan baked pasta. Both were reasonably priced but sumptuous, fresh and extremely delicious. The garlic bread was too salty. The truck was very clean and well maintained compared to others I have seen in this area. Service was good and fast. Will definitely order again.
