I absolutely love the family meal! It gives me a break from cooking for the day!
The experience was not satisfactory. The crispy chicken appeared to be fried in old oil, and the wings were mostly empty. It seems like they're cutting corners to save money. The food was served cold, and occasionally, some items were missing from my order. Overall, I was really disappointed.
THIS PLACE HAS THE WORSE STAFF POSSIBLE. A BUNCH OF TEENAGERS THAT CAN'T EVEN FIGURE OUT A SIMPLE MATH PROBLEM AND THROW ANY KIND OF CHANGE AT YOU WITHOUT A RECEIPT. I GUESS THINGS ARE BAD WHEN THE STORE MANAGER KEEPS TELLING YOU TO KEEP YOUR VOICEDOWN.
Excellent experience! The chicken was cooked to perfection, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the customer service was outstanding.
