On a recent visit, I brought friends and family to try the Japanese oysters, which remain the best in the city. I indulged in some oysters myself and had to share the experience because they were so good. Thank you for maintaining the quality and creativity with these already delicious oysters. The regular oysters were also sweet and fresh. I find myself returning to Hermanus often! View all feedback.
Thank you LB Seafood for an outstanding lunch yesterday. The sushi was the best we’ve had anywhere and our main meal was outstanding. Keep up your stunning food and excellent service. The view is unbelievable.
Harrison, the manager, really saved our experience! He is fantastic and knows exactly how to communicate with customers, making everyone feel truly welcome. The fresh seafood here is the best in all of Cape Town, and the rest of the staff were equally lovely. We will definitely be returning to South Africa just to dine here again!
We walked in without a reservation, but the manager was accommodating and arranged a table for us, which was fantastic. The sushi was excellent, the tempura shrimp was delicious, and the mussels were amazing—everything was just superb. It's a charming place with lovely views, and our waitress, Snazzy, was wonderful. Keep up the great work!
I had a pleasant dinner here. The sushi was tasty, although a bit expensive for the portion size. My husband ordered the fish, which came in a generous serving. While I probably won’t return, it was nice to experience!
Very nice!!!! My family and I had a lovely dinner here, the view is really lovely! The food is very very good and the service is great! I wouldn’t recommend the milkshakes, they have a strange after taste. The prawn helping is good and it’s very yum! The sushi is awesome and I had serious food envy of the sesame coated Tuna steak, my dad had it seared, it was like butter! I would recommend it to everyone! For dessert we had the chocolate volcano and it was also so delicious. I would say don’t miss this place when you come to Hermanus!
