This is my first time at a Fazoli's, and I have to give it 10 stars! The service was excellent, and the portion sizes are very generous. The prices are quite reasonable, too! I highly recommend it!
I stopped by for a quick lunch and wasn't a fan of being asked for a tip while placing my order. At that point, you have no way of knowing the quality of the service. The food was served quickly and tasted decent, but overall, it was just okay.
