Tucked into an unassuming strip, this Vietnamese spot shines with homemade boba, standout milk teas and smoothies, fresh crusty banh mi, flavorful beef pho and generous rice bowls. Spring rolls are a highlight (and the go-to vegan swap), portions are generous and prices reasonable. Staff are friendly and service is quick; delivery and Yelp ordering are available. A clean, nicely decorated interior belies a sketchy neighboring hotel, but the quality of food and drinks makes it a neighborhood gem worth seeking out.

The cashier informed me that they use a non-dairy creamer for the Thai Milk Tea, which is fantastic since that can be hard to come by! I tried that along with the mango-peach tea. I visited specifically for the tea this time, but I'm excited to try their vegetarian noodle soup during my next visit!
What a wonderful find! Although it shares a parking lot with a somewhat questionable hotel, the restaurant itself is clean and beautifully decorated. The menu features a wide range of Asian dishes, along with a few American options. They also have an impressive selection of teas, including boba variations. The food and drinks were delicious, light, and refreshing. Prices are quite reasonable. I would definitely return to this place!
I'm currently obsessed with this place! I discovered it on Yelp and it's been amazing. I highly recommend the beef rice bowl, banh mi sandwiches, milk teas, and smoothies. The portions are generous and everything is incredibly delicious. The service is excellent and quick; the woman at the register was very helpful when I needed assistance with my order. I definitely recommend checking it out!
Tasty food, great prices. Had a bowl of steaming hot beef pho filled with giant slices of tender beef and chunks of chewy tendon. Spring rolls with generous slices of pork and shrimp. Will definitely return!
I've only gotten delivery from this restaurant, so I cant speak on their service inside, but their delivery is absolutely delicious. They have amazing homemade boba and their spring rolls are to die for. I completely recommend. For anyone who is vegan like I am, make sure to get the spring rolls instead of the vegetarian rolls since the vegetarian rolls have shrimp on them.
