Was laurel at Jackpine a mag?
Food was out quickly and excellent. Huge portions for the price. Waitress was very attentive and sweet. Wheelchair accessibility: Very narrow door. I'd be surprised if a wheel chair could fit through. Tables are close together and there's prob only a few tables that could accommodate a chair View all feedback.

I came through Harrison a while ago with some friends, and we decided so give Jackpines a try. My experience here was.... Meh. Waitresses were quick, stressed and terse, and not the jovial, happiness you come to expect from a dinner. The food was decent helpings, but very blah, and tasteless. I loved the small, cozzy atmosphere but the service and breakfasts menu were lacking. Doubt I would ever return. View all feedback.
The food here is consistently excellent. Just be aware that it’s a smaller restaurant and is always crowded. The popularity is well-deserved! My personal favorites are the skillets. As for parking, there are a few spots available in front, but more often than not, you’ll need to park in the Save A Lot lot.
I dined with a group of eight and we arrived at just the right time. The food was excellent, and the staff were very courteous.
What a great hidden treasure. This diner is awesome. My husband had the hot turkey sandwich and I had the unique burrito, it had chili on it instead of burrito sauce. It was delicious. We took cherry pie home with us. If we’re back in Harrison again, we will be sure to stop there.
