I'll start with the fact that it was not busy at all. There were dirty tables all around. Salad was not even good. Brown lettuce. Chicken noodle, noodles were mushy... actually a texture problem all around. All 3 of us were unhappy, We love Bob Evans, but it's clear the employees at this location don't care at all.
