Was Anonym at Panera Bread a mag?
The food was lukewarm when we ordered and dined in. When asked if they could reheat the food, they mentioned they were unable to do so for the pizza because we barely touched one side. They did not offer to remake it or provide an alternative. The restaurant appeared dated, the salad bar had gnats buzzing around, and overall, the experience was disappointing. My wife, son, and I went to Panera Bread this morning and left after nobody came to help us despite at least 4 employees being in clear view of us. I want to give a shoutout to the fantastic staff at this restaurant! We are visiting from out of town and everyone was incredibly friendly, talkative, accommodating, and courteous. Thank you!
My husband and I arrived at 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon to order soup and salad. Unfortunately, they were out of three soups and romaine lettuce. The women's bathroom was dirty and the cashier was not very friendly. She seemed indifferent to the fact that they were out of several menu items. We will not be returning.
After revisiting the restaurant 2-3 times since my initial review, I have noticed significant improvements! They have put up signs about no soliciting, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff remains just as friendly as before, and the food is consistently good and well-prepared.
Exceptional quality, flavor, and variety. Their baked goods are the freshest around!
