This is, without a doubt, the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. They seem to mess up my coffee orders almost every time. I've tried to be understanding and have returned multiple times, but I'm always disappointed. Out of ten orders, they might get one correct. The line be ridiculous sometimes and a lot of times they mess up your order never order dine-in drive-thru is always
The coffee is consistently burnt every time I visit. It's definitely worth making the drive to 118th instead.
The staff consistently makes my coffee and food just right, and they have such great attitudes. This is definitely my favorite Dunkin'!
