This KFC is no different from other KFCs but one hopes that this is better quality and service than other local chicken eateries on the Uxbridge Road (which look altogether more dubious). We go for a family bucket meal night.. and one knows what to expect and one gets what is expected.. nothing more and nothing less but fast food chicken. View all feedback.

The staff provides excellent customer service with minimal wait times. The food is delicious.
The customer service at KFC Shepherds Bush by Gautham was excellent. He was extremely friendly and quickly resolved an issue. This gentleman deserves 5 stars for his great understanding of how to handle customers.
Its KFC the food is not what it used to be. But the place is far too small. I found people are so rude towards the staffs. I don't like rude or inpatient people, so go and cook your own food. People in there are working very hard, I would not work at place like this when customers are so rude.
