Our intimate atmosphere features only 10 tables and specializes in Italian wines and fine spirits. We cater to those who enjoy a leisurely dining experience. Our food is simple, super fresh, and made on the spot.

The restaurant is cozy with a romantic atmosphere, but some found the menu limited and portions small for the price. Service was slow on Valentine's Day. Despite mixed reviews, the authentic Italian cuisine prepared by passionate owner Pino received high praise for quality, presentation, and flavor. The wine list is extensive, and the tasting menu comes recommended. While prices are high, the overall experience of exquisite food, warm service, and welcoming atmosphere makes it a gem in Hamilton. Some wish for more affordable options and longer opening hours, but all agree it's a special place to dine.
For some years the call of this restaurant was aware, but 25 miles away to live had not the opportunity to visit. at the last weekend, however, we visited together with my cousin and her man who is regular. first, I loved the fact that it was a tiny restaurant, just a handful of tables well spaced apart. it is a very intimate and cozy environment and fits with the food very well. we have all chosen the tasting menu.seven courses. the friendly waitress took our drinks orders, checked all food intolerances and made easy adjustments to the dishes. smoked escape as the first cure followed by spargel in a lemon butter, then scallops (fantastic), next was an excellent tortellini, then turbot. next was Wagyu-Rind, then whispered by apfel and I think haselusis. every cure was simple, unfussy, but perfectly cooked and delicious. enough time between each cure to let us relax, it was a real experience and an excellent opportunity to spend a Saturday night. the house wine was obviously excellent (I was called the driver) and when the owner from the kitchen came after the service to talk to us, it was great to hear how passionate he was about the food and the ingredients. of course we will be back.
Once again fantastic gourmet menu late lunch, love the restaurant with its ambiente. always excellent service. the guy who threw toys out of the stroller, because his booking was changed, doesn't know what he missed. I would advise that he realizes that these things happen, and without doubt. pinos control and goes and enjoys a fantastic meal.
After 18 o'clock we called to say our table for 7 o'clock. it should be postponed to 8.15 clock, which does not fit our plans. the table was booked for 2 weeks and this last minute. I wanted the manager to call me. he told me in a ground if I didn't like to cancel my reservation, what I liked to do. what a naughty arrogant wee prat. no wonder that she gets restaurant bad reviews.
What a fantastic evening. Food tremendous, service tremendous. What more can you ask for? Always treated like part of the family. Pino is so passionate about his food which shows in both presentation and taste. Can't recommend highly enough.
I went to this restaurant with a friend for the 5-course wine tasting with lunch and it was fantastic! The food was expertly paired with the wines and each course was deliciously prepared. The quality of the wine was excellent and it was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon, trying new wines and enjoying incredible food. The atmosphere was laid-back and the service was top-notch. I have dined here before, but the wine tasting experience was a great outing. With generous servings of wine and dishes like smoked salmon, rib eye steak, crab, and truffle, it was definitely worth the money. I highly recommend it.
