For 16 years we buy in the backhus, we buy every day our rolls as well as broth and partly our cakes. in this year 2019 we noticed that the rolling in quality are no longer as they were time. the rolls have risen in price (normal) which we did not complain, but they are too long in the filiale nordalbrönweg or far too short we are through with the backhus were last time to explore today. that is not a service at the customer, that is .10 meter further we have bought our berliners only by 3 min after 7
