The caffe pause reminds me of the old hilly flair. a little antique, a little artistic and it has this typical own elb-island army. whether breakfast is cozy, lunchtime, cake or a petty food for the early evening (not exclusively, but also vegetarian and vegan offer), you really come to rest with pleasure. the card changes daily to classics such as chili con carne. also all cakes are fresh and homemade. the caffe break can also convince with themed evenings, such as funky friday or jamsessions.
The caffe pause in the honey factory is located near the workshop of my sohnes and is now part of my stammlokal as soon as I am in hamburg. it has an atmosphere, not least because of the appealing large-format painting on the walls and the bright dining room in the entrance area. the waiter staff is not exactly professional, but friendly, the menu is not necessarily rich, but the food quality is good. a quiet place in an architecturally underestimated multi-cultural environment close to a lively harbour section, where you feel well-received for entertainment with other guests or for the time-reading as soon as you get to wilhelmsburg.

Very friendly and super uncomplicated, we were very welcome. I was offered a vegan option very quickly. Very cozy and pleasant atmosphere.
Cozy café with a good range of choices a super cool owner. We only had coffee (every option can be made with oat milk), but it was really tasty!
