Great food and plenty of it. great selection on the menu. Service is poor
The old team is gone, and with it a kind of tradition. The staff is friendly but unrecognizable (everyone wears what they like, and a costar would just shake their head). Alas, it's not what it used to be. I wish the new owner all the best.
We ate here for the first time since the new management. We didn 't even get a hello and were told rudely three times that if we wanted to eat outside, we couldn 't go inside! The food was okay! Nothing more. Everything was very disappointing. What a shame...
Attika Restaurant in Halstenbek an insider tip! Yes, the building, the outdoor terrace, and the interior don't make the best impression at first glance. Everything is very dated. Old but well maintained. Nevertheless, a renovation would be beneficial! Since the change of management, we've been welcomed by warm hosts: friendly, courteous, and attentive. The food: tastes as always absolutely outstanding! Our souvlaki yesterday was super juicy, very well grilled, and tender. Fries, salad, and tzatziki were all freshly prepared. We had an ice cream sundae for dessert and tried the house wine. We were delighted. You can't complain, and the price was unbeatable, especially these days. Overall, a real insider tip for a good Greek restaurant west of Hamburg. We'd love to come back! Thank you for the wonderful evening!
