Was Anonym at Timber Lounge a mag?
I didn’t eat at Timber Lounge, but I enjoyed a couple of beers while my friends tried axe throwing. The activity was well-supervised and conducted with safety in mind. Two instructors provided training before everyone engaged in a fun, friendly competition. Beers were reasonably priced at around $6 each. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Timber Lounge:
Timber Lounge was a complete disappointment. They served us stale, skunky beer that tasted like it had been sitting in the lines for days. When we asked for a replacement, they refused and still charged us. On top of that, it was overpriced. View all feedback.
We booked an event at the Timber Lounge as a teambuilding event at work, and it was an absolute blast! The venue is great, with lots of room to spread out and relax before and after the main event. The staff was knowledgeable, fun, and approachable, and quickly taught all of us how to properly huck axes with surprizing accuracy. There was plenty of beer to provide liquid courage for participants, and the location on Agricola street was perfect for post-axe-throwing dinner and drinks at Lion & Bright.
A group of my wife's co-workers rented the axe throwing area and held a work social event this past Friday night. My wife asked if i wanted to go and at first I thought, I'm a middle aged accountant, are you crazy but i went anyway. I had a great time, had a couple drinks, some snacks, and learned to throw a double ended axe, ended up coming in 3rd place out of the group, which i'm still amazed at. It was great fun. Great team building event, made many friends very quickly in this unique environment.
Great time throwing axes and bonding with others from the office. Would highly recommend the experience but be sure you like craft beer.
