The delivery promised in one hour was actually 50 minutes late. We ordered four pizzas and were told it was cash only, which was fine—we had cash ready. However, the driver didn’t have any change and ended up keeping over $60 as a tip. The pizzas were undercooked. The delivery was supposed to arrive within an hour but was actually 50 minutes late. We ordered four pizzas and were informed it was cash only, which was no problem since we had cash ready. However, the driver didn’t have any change and kept over $60 as a tip. The pizzas were undercooked. The driver should come prepared with enough change and return the correct amount instead of just smiling and saying they don’t have any. I won’t be ordering from here again. This is a small community, and word spreads fast. Karma will catch up with you.
Stopped by for a slice last night, but the pizza tasted like it had been sitting out way too long before they finally heated it up.
I'm not sure what's happening with the staff at Pizzadelic in Fall River, but tonight was the fourth time they got my order wrong. It took nearly an hour longer than the estimated delivery time, and I never received any updates on its status. For over an hour, all I was told was "it's on the way." This will be my last time ordering from here.
