The food here is decent, it’s a great lunch option, the front line staff are pleasant, but listening to how their female boss berates them while serving customers is disturbing to say the least. She is rude and condescending, I had to witness her tearing into her staff, for serving four potato’s while it should only be three. How dare. The food was incredible and offered at a fantastic price. I highly recommend it. Everything was both delicious and healthy!
The price of a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon increases by $2 if you arrive at 11:30 instead of before 11:00. While the lower price is still displayed on the TV screen throughout the day, you have to read the fine print to realize it's a breakfast item served only until 11. So, they'll still sell you one after 11, but you'll pay more at the register. This feels unethical and like a rip-off. Additionally, the smoked salmon was clumped together in the center rather than evenly distributed around the bagel.
