This restaurant is truly welcoming with no faults to be found. The space is beautifully designed, with attention to detail on plants, textures, lighting, and especially the coffee bar. The friendly service is exceptional, with smiles all around at 8 o'clock on Saturday. The food at this restaurant is really good. I would go as far as to say they have the best donuts in the city and one of the best breakfast options. The coffee is great if you like it strong. However, the staff is not very friendly. The owner can be quite rude at times. The dining area is beautiful and the food is delicious, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. Bliss Caffeine Bar is hands down my favourite place for coffee and pastries in Halifax. Every single pastry tastes out of this world, it is too hard to choose a favourite. This means I recommend you get a treat box so you can try them all! Warning you will become addicted. The same goes for the fried chicken sandwich, which I describe as my last sandwich on Earth'. The energetic atmosphere at Bliss also makes for a great spot to connect with family and friends while enjoying friendly service and delicious food and drinks.
The location was a bit noisy due to a lack of sound-absorbing decorations on the walls. However, the service was friendly and excellent, with delicious breakfast tacos that looked homemade. The coffee was great, but unfortunately, there were no free refills offered. At $3.50 for a drip coffee, I expected refills to be included or at least available for a small charge. I would have chosen a different breakfast option if I had known about the lack of free refills.
I absolutely love this place! The owner, who is blonde, is very attractive! The food is amazing as well.

Blissful Bliss! We love this locally owned, friendly and welcoming restaurant and coffee shop. The food is delicious! As a Vegan, I love that there are tasty vegan options for me to enjoy. The Chai Tea at Bliss is the BEST! Jenna and her team clearly love their customers. It feels good to support this wonderful, small, local business!
