Every visit to Ampersand Café in 2024 has been fantastic. The food is freshly prepared at an offsite kitchen and delivered each morning. The staff are friendly and work diligently. Thank you! I ordered a sandwich based on the ingredients listed on the board (turkey, cranberries, aioli, etc., with no mention of cheese). When it arrived, I ate nearly half, searching for the cranberries and aioli, only to realize the soft white ingredient was actually cheese. Since I’m lactose intolerant, I had to take medication immediately and cancel my plans for the next day. The staff were kind and mentioned they have been requesting the board to be updated.
