I discovered this hidden gem in the marketplace. I was thrilled to see that they offered a fully raw menu. I decided to try the mountain experience, which was loaded with toppings and was both satisfying and delicious. I also tried the Nyam burger with plantain. While the bun was different, the taste kept me coming back for more. The non-cheese cake was just okay for me, as it had a bit too much nut texture. Overall, I had an amazing experience and ended up going back three times. This was the only completely raw restaurant I found that truly filled me up.
I tried the plough with mushrooms, sour cream, and ripe plantains, and it was incredibly delicious. The fresh juices made with guava and Jamaican apples were also delightful. I have been a customer for years and am pleased to see that there is now indoor seating available.
The restaurant exclusively serves vegan dishes, including a raw cuisine they refer to as "sun-cooked." The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the food is delicious and served in generous portions.
I visited here in 2018 when the load was in the next place. Since then, you have expanded your menu and introduced seaweed rolls that were nice. I choose the avocados that is just like sushi, but the rice is replaced by salat. they also changed the bungalows used for the nyamburgers. I think they used the same recipe to make the braided pizza bases, but it is now cashew based. I prefer the older flats. the cashew is a bit overwhelming. but the pizza was nice. I ordered half a pizza with ache and sun-dried tomato. very nice. to the beats, they are worth it.
Sun cooked, Sun cooked, Sun cooked, they said Sun cooked, i just had to try it. I 've never had anything sun cooked before. I 've never even thought it possible. Thank you 'Mi Hungry ' for introducing me to something new. Well, new to me, at any rate. The food was tasty, they know their stuff, I gotta give them that. Would I recommend it though, that 's the real question here ain 't it. To anyone else but a fellow 'rawist ' I 'd say yeah, it taste great, go for it. To my dear fellow 'rawtarians ' I 'd say: sun cooking is still cooking. It really didn 't settle well, woke me up in the middle of the night. Not, anything overt, just a slight bloating, which quickly passed. However, how your food sits within your temple, in the long term, is where the real satisfaction is to be had. Not just the momentary joy at the point of contact. Consider my curiosity; satisfied! Been there, now i just need to buy that t-shirt. hmm, where do i get one of those. I 'll probably have to have it custom made . . .
