Absolutely excellent in every aspect! The food is prepared to order, and they offer a high-quality selection of ingredients, including locally grown and milled flour from Hillside Grains, a woman-owned business. During my first visit, I had a fantastic breakfast sandwich that I couldn't stop thinking about afterward. Kudos to the team!
The service was excellent; we were treated with respect and courtesy. The cold brew coffee, made with homemade vanilla simple syrup and almond milk, was just the right balance—not too sweet. It's definitely a better choice than the usual coffee chains. Don't overlook this place! Also, be sure to try the Triple Chocolate Cookie.
While it may be a bit expensive, the quality and taste of the food, along with the excellent and friendly service, make it worth the splurge. I appreciate that I can take prepared meals home, enjoy something hot on-site, and also shop for local products and gifts.
It's about to start early. I was impressed. Good service, beautiful decor, lots of light. I tried her crushed avocado sandwich. It was very delicious and was served with a delicious cucumber salad. I had a cappuccino that was good, though not as hot as I want. The latest opening. I will return.
Absolutely wonderful gem in the center of Hailey! This is my go to spot for a going out lunch. The staff are incredibly kind, and talented! I noticed right away how the owners make an effort to know and remember your name. The food is just outstanding… crafted with fresh, local ingredients combined with familiar but interesting flavor profiles. They have many many options including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, there are delish take aways for those wanting a nutritious meal in a pinch. The lasagna is *chef’s kiss! I have grabbed things from their market to make a cute gift basket of local treats for family back home, and their granola is SPOT ON! I really could go on and on and on! Go to Della! You won’t be disappointed. :
