Among the defects that were discovered: live cockroaches, mold and dust on the ceiling, broken floors with stagnant water, sensitive sauces that are not kept refrigerated, and thawed fish that are returned to refreeze Published on: 23.1.23 18:22. It is found that thawed fish are divided into portions and returned for re freezing In addition to this, Dr. Shibli stated that the business operates as a restaurant, but it was not given the Ministry of Health 's permit for a restaurant. At the hearing that took place yesterday, the owners of the place stated that most of the deficiencies that appear in the audit report have been corrected, and therefore the decision to issue an administrative stop order to the business was suspended until a repeat audit is carried out. D R. Shibli even warned that if it is found that there is no correction of the deficiencies, I will issue a closure order without a repeat hearing. Today, as mentioned, a repeat audit was conducted at the restaurant, and it was found that some of the deficiencies, including substantial deficiencies, were not corrected in such a way that the sanitary condition of the business is still poor and in a manner that endangers public health. In light of the findings, Dr. Shivli decided to issue an administrative cease and desist order to the restaurant, and it goes into effect immediately until the deficiencies are corrected.
