I'm really annoyed. After leaving tips in the jar for years, I just discovered that the staff behind the counter don’t actually receive those tips; the manager keeps them instead. I'm glad I found this out before buying my meat for the 4th of July. I won't be returning. View all feedback.
The food is delightful. The French fries are cooked to perfection, and the ribeye sandwich was excellent. I highly recommend visiting this place, not only for the deli offerings but also for the quality of their meats.
I practically miss living around the corner to get fresh meat for meals in the last minute. They are still not so far from where I am now, but tend to buy more in a trip. Outstanding friendly staff, very helpful. Look at the smoked cheeses! Thanks to the Holsinger family friends, after a few trips you feel part of the family. Be safe.

Great selection of meat. Friendly service and awesome filet knives for sale.
The best strip steak at the best price. I was looking for a good steak and many people recommended Holsinger I was very happy.
