Fantastic wise to say goodbye to normal times (again) beautiful Asian cuisine. the Japanese yuzu mayonnaise was excellent. also loved the pork. Hopefully, we can get another meal in December.
I wish I could write a more positive review about this place, as I was in a few times for drinks, but I had a pretty negative experience recently. I visited at 2 o'clock on 30 november and ordered some drinks, all fine .good choice of beer. we also ordered nothing funny, just a few chips and snacks. the chips needed 45 minutes to come, really unimpressed. the chips were asked with a bar staff and did not receive an apology, the chips took another 5 minutes to come. obviously they forgot? also £3.50 is a complete scrap for what we have, I am used to paying london prizes, but that was really not great. will be back for a pint, but would give it a miss!
Large sunday roast and good selection of beer. beautiful relaxed atmosphere. the personal was also good. would definitely go back!
