Poor food and disappointing customer service. Having been a relatively regular customer at Blue Legume over the years, we had the most disappointing experience there today. I ordered a main dish which comes with a selection of 4 salads. The first place I visit for a breakfast for an English breakfast when step foot into London. Most certainly one of the nicest places to spend a sunday morning... the chickpea burger thing they sell at the counter is amazing, their orange, ginger and carrot is amazing and you mustn't leave the place with tasting their Banoffee Pie .. oh and their chicken sausage breakfast is good. their smoothies, and banger mash with loads and loads of gravy.. The atmosphere was cozy on a rainy day at this Mediterranean restaurant, with comfortable interiors and a great view of the bustling city through large windows. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. I went with a friend and we enjoyed a candlelit meal with wooden furniture. The only drawback was that the tables were a bit too close together, making it hard for servers to move around. I recommend visiting during off-peak hours as it gets very crowded by 6 o'clock. I had a pink gin cocktail and guacamole nachos, both of which were tasty and flavorful. The falafel burger with halloumi was a unique twist on a classic dish. Overall, a great dining experience.
It is important to make sure you have plenty of time when planning a visit to this restaurant. The staff is friendly, but they tend to move at a slower pace, so it's best to go when you're not in a rush.
I love this beautiful and bright restaurant. Whenever the weather is nice, I make sure to get a table outside on the sidewalk. I have visited this place many times for their delicious paella. They offer a special deal on Mondays and Thursdays - paella and a bottle of wine for two for £25.00. The portion size is always huge and the taste is amazing. I have also tried their breakfast, which is equally delicious. It's a fantastic place to visit during the summer.
Delicious! I had the French toast and the person I was with had the Mediterranean veggie breakfast, and both were wonderful. the service was great, I'm back in definitiw.
