If you order from one of the kiosks, even when you say you’re dining in, they just throw food into a bag, not put on a plate. If you are ordering to go, double check that cutlery was added; had to wait over 5 minutes at the hand-off before someone realized I was just standing there to get myself a basic KNIFE—rather than leaving out plastic knives, spoons, etc for customers to be able to obtain themselves. Didn’t asked if I wanted my bagel sliced or toasted. Every time I visit it seems like there’s trash everywhere; no one there to wipe down tables on a regular basis. This place was a godsend twenty years ago when I was a senior in high school; one of the first businesses to offer public WiFi in our area. It’s been downhill long since then. At this point it’s just cheaper and easier to get and keep my own bagels and cream cheese at home. Parking: Dedicated parking lot with spill over into the next door mattress store; also across the small road from where you pull in from, plenty of parking there too Wheelchair accessibility: There is, but you have to use a side entrance but then wheel yourself all the way to the front of the store to order anything.
