Though busy crowds can create a chaotic atmosphere, the delicious, juicy double cheeseburgers—best when complemented with grilled onions and pickles—more than deliver on flavor. While some diners suggest skipping the fries, the overall experience, paired with affordable prices, makes it a must-visit destination. With numerous accolades and a rich history, White Manna stands out as a true North Jersey classic that continues to delight generations of patrons.
Deliciously greasy! The fries were served hot, and you can watch the burgers being cooked right in front of you. I expected the double cheeseburger to have two patties, but it actually has double the meat. The onions and pickles made for excellent toppings. Overall, this is a fantastic burger joint!
This restaurant operates like a well-oiled machine. Despite being extremely busy, they manage to take orders efficiently without writing anything down, and they make no mistakes—impressive! It's a small establishment, but a lot of customers order takeout or place their orders in advance. It's mainly a sliders and fries place. Personally, I found the sliders tasty, but they were quite basic. However, my family absolutely loved them. The owners are bilingual and speak both Spanish and English.
Not much more one can say about this institution. Delicious burgers cooked to order on the wee grill tell the grill guy your burger orders including cheese, onions, ketchup preferences the drink person your drink order (shakes are bomb), the fry person your fries order, and hang out and wait your turn, because it's always busy. Two dozen seats, all with a good view of the grill, and super efficient setup. Pickup is a great option, especially since your car will smell of there wondrous burgers for days. For all this is stupidly cheap, still, too!
The legends about this place are true. These burgers don't look like much but they are amazing. I would recommend ordering double cheeseburgers and skiping the fries. The doubles are definitely better than the singles. Place can get very busy. Whilesitting there eating, customers were ordering anywhere from 3 to 24 burgers at a time. I got there right when they opened andthere was a steady flow of customers after me. This is a must try.
Burgers that live up to their reputation. If you're lucky, you'll find space to eat inside and it's quite the experience; the air is thick with the aroma of grilled beef and onions. The walls are decorated with memorabilia pertaining to the history ofthe place as well as the many awards that it has won. Best sliders you'll ever have in NJ.
