I didnt order a diet pepsi and there were no forks, spoons or straws with my order.

I believe that training helps people become kinder and friendlier. Those who don't smile or greet customers with "good morning" or "good afternoon" shouldn't be working in customer service. Their behavior can be quite unfriendly.
