While many anticipate a consistent experience across locations, one diner found disappointment at the Hackensack outlet of a popular burger chain. These burgers are exceptionally fresh, flavorful, and cooked to order, offering a wide array of toppings to choose from. The fries are excellent, and they generously provide extra servings. They even supply vinegar for dipping! The soda machine features a wide selection of options as well. While you wait, you can snack on complimentary peanuts. All in all, this is one of the best fast food burger experiences you can find!
This review focuses primarily on customer service. The lovely lady who took my order was fantastic. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, and onions, but as I paused to look over the menu one more time, I noticed the option for grilled mushrooms. I asked to add them, but this wonderful lady gently suggested that I try the mushrooms first. It was clear she knew something I didn’t! I agreed to taste them, and they turned out to be slimy and undercooked. I expressed my gratitude to her for kindly assuring me that my burger would be much better without the mushrooms. In the end, the burger was delicious and free of soggy mushrooms. Thank you to that nice cashier—whoever you are!
The staff were friendly and the burgers were delicious, but the cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing. There were peanut crumbs on the floor, and the area around the drink dispenser was wet and icy. Instead of cleaning it up, they just placed a cone there. In the 30 minutes I was there, I saw more than four employees, but none of them seemed to clean the dining area.
The burger was decent—neither amazing nor terrible. Personally, I prefer my grilled onions to be more charred rather than soggy, but that's just my taste.
I ordered a little cheeseburger, but the cashier mistakenly charged me for a bacon cheeseburger. Since I was in a hurry and really hungry, I didn’t check my receipt or my food before I started eating. I don’t eat pork, so when I tasted the bacon, I was quite disgusted. I returned my food, and after I requested a refund, the manager complied. Before that, he kept offering me a milkshake, but I politely declined. It was a bit frustrating that he didn’t mention the refund until I asked for it. On top of that, the fries were soggy.
