It was excellent value for the full price, but we were lucky to take advantage of a 2 for 1 offer. I highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again soon. We are a group of former students from Friars School from the 1950s and 60s who make it a tradition to gather at this restaurant for our Christmas reunion every year. After our recent visit, we are pleased to report that we all enjoyed the delicious and well-presented food. The young students who help run the restaurant provided excellent service. We were impressed by the reasonable prices and the quality of the wine. Friars forever.
Today, 10 members of our walking group unexpectedly visited a coffee shop for lunch. The food was fantastic and the prices were very affordable. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place. Thank you.
Had a very nice lunch at this cozy and spotlessly clean restaurant. Pumpkin soup and Salmon fish cake starters were particularly tasty. Very good value for money. The atmosphere was relaxed and the Training staff polite and welcoming. Well done to the chefs and waiting staff! Will be back soon.
Really tasty lunch and fantastic value for money. Today I had the smoked meat pickles, the vegetable and nut parcel and the cheesecake. All Delicious!
