Was ADAM J at Antz Pantz Cafe a mag?
I am a regular of the local cafe. I really enjoy the faces of Phil, Janette co. They are very warm, welcoming, friendly and most importantly they make the best burger in town. You MUST drive to Griffith for the Manburger(a medium korean infusion spiced beef burger with your favourite greens) and an amazing coffee to go. I attended for a celebratory high tea. We had a big table with walls on 2 sides and chairs squashed in so there was no way the waitress could get behind the guests on those 2 sides to fill cups or glasses. Instead she reached over the other guests to pour bubbly and very hot tea from a large pot for those on the far side of the table. What a fantastic dining experience! The food was exquisite, the wine pairing was spot on and the service was the best! I regret not having visited this restaurant before, would be one of my favourite places. Yes, pricing was on the high range, but it was worth every cent! We were fully satisfied even before the desserts came out. Thanks Aubergine for one of the best dinners of my life!
Unique and tasty foods, that are usually locally produced. A big focus on the individual ingredients and making them shine. The non-alcoholic pairing was also amazing. Exceptional staff and incredible interior. Highly recommend.
This was our first fine dining experience after the lockdown to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were exceptional and the food was exquisite. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the restaurant!
I decided to explore Canberra's dining scene and a must-visit on my list was Aubergine. My two-day trip to the capital was not in vain, as Aubergine turned out to be one of the best restaurants I have ever tried. The food was amazing, and the restaurant's interior, with its moody black color scheme, created an intimate atmosphere perfect for dining.
