Chipotle is one of the restaurants I have tried since becoming plant-based vegan. I ordered a burrito bowl with rice, beans, sofritas (which is shredded hodo soy tofu that tastes like barbecued meat to me), delicious guacamole, veggies, and lettuce. I have been going to Chipotle since I became a plant-based vegan, and it has become one of my favorite places to eat. I love getting a burrito bowl with rice, beans, sofritas (shredded Hodo Soy tofu that tastes just like beef to me), delicious guacamole, veggies, and lettuce.
