We visited Ribeyes for the first time last night, and it was truly fantastic! The steak was the best we’ve ever had. The service was exceptional throughout our meal. We thought it was a nice touch when the cook came out to ask how we wanted our steak cooked. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!
Not only was the food and service very good, the staff very kindly tracked me down to let me know I had left my debit card and that they were holding it for me. The atmosphere is friendly, the food fresh and prepared to your specifications, and customer service is taken seriously.
An absolute gem! Paula and her staff helped make a magical night to remember. The steaks were delicious and they even took time to throw a couple back on the grill per our request. The occasion was an anniversary dinner and you would have thought we were the only table in the restaurant. The service was top notch and that sweet Anna was remarkable. My fiancée and I visited Ribeyes for the first time, and we were really impressed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. Our server, Allen, was fantastic and made the best Arnold Palmers we've ever had. We also had the pleasure of meeting Lisa, the General Manager, who was very friendly. But the highlight was definitely the food. The salad bar was impressive, and the entrée was incredible—hands down the best steak I've ever had. It was truly worth every penny. I highly recommend that anyone in Greenville, NC, stop by to enjoy these delicious, tender steaks. Thank you for satisfying our appetites!
