The staff was friendly and attentive. The meatball sandwich with fresh mozzarella was outstanding. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
We(my boyfriend) went there today 1/22 sun around 11/11:30. We had awful experience. The woman the front was rude. We want one of sandwiches put in the microwave. She said couldn't do that. When we asked why. Said it was against company policy. Was very short in her tone. Then some of the green pepper were frozen. I asked(I thought I sounded nice) to not have the frozen ones. She mixed them then see they are fine. Then processed to tell my bf how subway was changing. How she had to weight the meat. How she is rule follower. Then complain to another customer about us.
Good food. Haven't had much of a complaint about this store. General prices have gone up $1 due to COVID-19. Past that, they are On Main generous when making sandwiches (which is what I always purchase). Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner
