Everything is always hot, fresh, and delicious. I've received exactly what I ordered every single time, and I've never had to return an order or gotten sick from my meal, unlike some other places in Greenfield (I won't mention any names). View all feedback.

When I requested a replacement, I was met with a condescending attitude and told that it was not possible. I then asked for a refund, but they informed me that was not an option either, as it was against their policy. I spoke with both the manager and the owner, but neither was helpful. The pizza delivery person returned to collect the pizza, which I think cost around $11.

The customer service was extremely poor. The drivers do not adhere to speed limits or traffic regulations. Deliveries often take over an hour, and it's common for the drivers to have passengers with them, making it unclear who will be arriving at your door.

I requested a credit for my order but was met with an unhelpful attitude—no can do. I then asked for a refund, but once again, they flatly refused, with the same dismissive attitude. After speaking with both the manager and the owner, I found neither to be helpful at all. They even sent a driver to pick up the pizza, which is surprising considering this situation revolved around just $11. This establishment has lost my business; I used to be a frequent customer, but I won't be returning after this poor experience. Rude management, unhelpful ownership, and a terrible pizza—think twice before dining here.
