What Joel Kimberly dislikes about Dunkin':
It was 6:28 PM on a Sunday when I stopped by to get some coffee. I went through the drive-thru, but no one responded. So, I decided to get out and go to the front of the store, only to find the doors locked. Their posted hours indicated they were open until 7:00 PM, which is not great customer service. Pretty decent overall, good and friendly service.Occasional staffing issues mean it might be unexpectedly closed or the drive through wait might be long. Plan in advance for a wait if stopping by during morning rush hour.
I ordered a salted caramel brew. When I got it, did not have the burnt sugar on top. When I asked for it, woman said they have been out of it for 2 weeks and there is nothing she could do. I suggested that she should have mentioned it to me when I ordered. She shrugged her shoulders and moved on.
I sat against their tables for one moment and lifted my legs onto my chair to fix my pants for a short period of time and one of the workers yelled at me to get off the table and was very aggressive even though i only did it once.
