**Restaurant Review: A Decline in Dining Experience**
Once a beloved spot for takeout, this restaurant has seen a significant decline in quality and service. Recent experiences reveal a trend of cold, unappetizing food, and alarming hygiene issues, including mouldy items. Customers express frustration with late deliveries, incorrect orders, and a language barrier that complicates communication. Attempts to resolve these issues are met with indifference, as management appears unconcerned about the deteriorating conditions. Diners are increasingly disenchanted, vowing never to return, leading to the conclusion that this establishment has lost its once-stellar reputation. Prospective customers may want to reconsider their options.

Was Anonym at KFC a mag?
The KFC location in Nizza is nice, but it doesn’t have any automatic ordering machines. However, the staff was cheerful and quick to fix a mistake in my order. I was also impressed by the employee who assisted customers by bringing their cars from the disabled parking spots. View all feedback.
What alan i dislikes about KFC:
Ordered for home delivery. After our food arrived 20 minutes late we dished up and started to eat what was at best luke warm food. My wife had ordered popcorn chicken. After eating perhaps 3 or 4 of the popcorn chicken pieces she spotted mould on several of them. Needless to say we binned everything and hoped we wouldn't get sick. What happened to this place it used to be great. WE WILL NEVER BE EATING HERE AGAIN. View all feedback.
Got given the wrong food to start with got home after eating popcorn chicken and currently have food poisoning.
The Zinger burger was disappointing. It lacked the expected spice and flavor. I was tempted to complain about it as it seemed rushed.
I visited Gloucester for shopping and decided to have KFC. I was pleasantly surprised that the food was hot and crispy, not greasy at all. The staff were constantly cleaning the restaurant, wiping down tables as soon as they were empty. I will definitely return when I am in Gloucester again.
