I find it a bit surprising that a coffee shop doesn’t have a public restroom available! This was my first time visiting the area, so perhaps that’s the reason their restroom isn’t accessible to customers. View all feedback.
Dunkin donuts is terrible..Switching to Starbucks. I'll pay extra for the excellence.
I visited this morning and ordered a large coffee, but they filled it up to what looked more like a medium. On top of that, an employee who was emptying the tip jar took my receipt before I could grab it and tossed it in the trash. This will be the last time I order from Dunkin in Gloucester.
Flies were everywhere. If you care about your health don't even bother . Yuck !
No drive thru. Coffee/cream/sugar mix is always a hit or miss, depends on who makes it. Ice tea's are always refreshing they don't have an after taste like they came from an uncleaned iced tea machine. They are ok but not my first choice even though they are the closest.
By far the worst DD I?ve ever been too. Service is horrible. They are racist! Can?t tell the difference between two sugars and 5 sugars. I ask for the bare minimum of sugar and they seem to pour the entire bag in my coffee all the time.
