First time stopping at this particular location. Normally I like to read reviews before I stop at a restaurant but today I was extremely busy and this location is near me. Now that I had time to review previous reviews I'm surprised by all the negative reviews!! My experience was completely opposite and very pleasant.The staff was great! The cashier was very nice. Our order was made on time. I wanted to thank the crew. Working fast food never gets recognition. Good Job!

The store is slammed and I understand there is a national shortage of employees at this moment but to be told it will be 10-15 mins twice from the same person just seems wrong I’m an individual that just wants honesty if I was told it’s going to be 30-40 mins I wouldn’t be leaving this one star review but a lesson was learned today what ever time they give you double it and you will be mentally satisfied
I always come here and i love their wings but man calling them is like getting a hold of a famous person!! do y?all have a new phone number or something ???! i legit call back to back and no answer this is frustrating cause then i have to go in person andwait another 25-30 minutes!! like come on, CORPORATE NEEDS TO GET ON THIS ASAPP!!!
The company needs to fix the online ordering system because it doesn't allow you to pay with your debit card no more! And that really sucks when your trying to just go pick it up, it only let's you pay with a gift card and I can't find them in storesbesides theirs. They also need to fix their phones because the last two time the only way I can order is when I go inside. Theirtoo busy to pick up the phone when I went to place my order I called like ten times before walking in and nobody was on thephone, it wasn't even ringing but it had a busy signal when I tried calling?! Please make this make sense because they getorders for uber-eats, grabhub so why can't other customers pay online that aren't using those food delivery services?
