I absolutely adore this restaurant. The bartenders are welcoming, dogs are allowed on the front terrace, the beer is excellent, and the hot dogs are out of this world. I can't even begin to describe how delicious they are. As a woman dining alone, I feel completely at ease here, which is a major bonus. Don't miss out on trying the ice cold beer game - it's a blast. Walts is my favorite rock bar and definitely one of my top bars to visit in LA. The hot dogs are fantastic, the beer is perfect, and the pinball machines are epic.
I mean. What a classic joint! Amazing vegetarian hot dogs! If you go on the weekend, be prepared for a crowd. During the week, you should get right in.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The cold beer and hands-on ham were delicious, and the guy working there knew who I was. I had a lot of fun playing pinball and the game "Cold Beer", so I ended up buying a hat as a souvenir. The seating was good and I highly recommend this place.
