The restaurant received mixed reviews, with some guests expressing disappointment in the noisy atmosphere, slow service, and incorrect food orders. We left the restaurant disappointed this time. I truly think this is the best value restaurant on the Phoenix metro areas west side. Almost always excellent food and service. This time was much different. We had to send back one of our meals and sides. The steak was overcooked to medium well medium rare was requested and one of the sides was cold. Service was not timely. Please note that this was an anomaly. I believe this was a direct result of the opening of restaurants by our governor, lack of staffing due to COVID, and an understandable inability to obtain the necessary staff to cope with the influx of patrons. We will continue to visit AHG but, will wait a few more months until the climate settles down

I have gone there a few times now . Food is great , Sat night was a flop for me . Ordered Appetizer , it was good but before we could finish it , it and the bread were taken form the table . Server was nice but rushed . This by far was the worst experience I have had there . I will prob go to capital grill next time . Sorry but expect more for a dollar meal
Megan H. was an incredible waitress. So helpful, as we were new to their dining experience. We were there on vacation for our wedding anniversary. I wanted the Halibut she suggested the macadamia nut crusted Halibut. I must say that this was one ofthe best fish dinners that I have ever had. My wife had the Alaskan King Salmon that was also incredible! I would recommendthis as a must stop if your looking for incredible food and great experience! Sever was great, and the food was phenomenal. Steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides were way better than I expected. Desert was a double chocolate Brownie with chocolate ice cream. Would highly recommend for a special occasion, a little pricey forregular dining.
