For a high price, this fine dining experience was a letdown. Service was lacking, with slow and forgetful staff. Some dishes were unavailable, and mistakes were made with orders. The atmosphere was ruined by loud music. Complaints about the food were met with unprofessional reactions. Venue and styling were attractive, but some staff lacked menu knowledge. Despite these negatives, food quality stood out as excellent, providing a glimmer of hope for potential improvement. Overall, the restaurant failed to live up to expectations, with an emphasis on cost rather than quality.
Olivello has a beautiful atmosphere and absolutely delicious food! I savoured and enjoyed every bite. The service was outstanding.
The food was great and the service even better. The place was clean and ambience made you feel like you were in a different place. Would definitely go back there again.
Underwhelming experience and overpriced. Our entree was good. We had a share platter but the pizza was disappointing.
Lovely venue and styling was beautiful. We found the waiter (a young gentleman) quite unfamiliar with the menu which was a bit confusing when ordering. The staff that welcomed us and also served most of the meals were more professional and had experience and confidence. The food options, taste and quality were all excellent.
I sent three messages about severe allergies in my group of nine and asked about cakeage charges, but received no response. Once we resolved those issues, everything went perfectly. The food was plentiful and delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was friendly. We will definitely return.
