Feedback
A comprehensive review of the restaurant reveals a mix of experiences. Some diners were disappointed with burned and bland food, while others enjoyed delicious meals, particularly the burgers. Service received mixed reviews, with some mentioning disinterested waitstaff while others praised the friendly service and efficient staff. The ambiance was generally described as pleasant, with good music and decor. While some faced issues with reservations and slow service, others found the experience satisfactory. Overall, the restaurant seems to have potential for improvement in consistency in food quality and service.
Updated for First time in since before the pandemic and disappointing to see the menu has changed to pretty much to just burgers or fried chicken. Used to have such a good variety! As the burgers were quid plus and didn't even come with fries (that would be an additional quid) or any other garnish, opted for the chicken basket as it had some additional stuff. Chicken was nice enough but nothing spectacular, not many fries and watery coleslaw Really disappointed as the place used to be a favourite with good variety and good value but doesn't seem to be so now.
Good service and diner style food. Pleasantly surprised and would definitely go back. Better than your average bear for sure
No staff wearing masks. Had three different ones come to my table. Total disregard for customers well being. Food poor so definitely not worth the risk of catching COVID from their staff!!!
The food was delicious. I ordered the pulled pork fries as a side and the chicken tenders as an appetizer. Both dishes were tasty and prepared well. I probably should have also ordered a side of the corn, as it looked delicious too.
