It was a wonderful experience! We enjoyed both breakfast and lunch here. The food was hot and fresh, with a great variety to choose from. The dishes were fantastic! The staff was polite and welcoming, and the place was very clean. I also appreciated that the seating wasn’t cramped, which made for a comfortable dining atmosphere.
The staff at this restaurant is very friendly, and the food is delicious. The place is always clean and well-organized. The woman who greeted us upon arrival was extremely helpful, ensuring that they had a high chair for my 6-month-old daughter, which made our lunch enjoyable. Thank you! This is a fantastic and affordable spot to dine.
Fantastic food served promptly! The fresh shrimp were absolutely delicious, and the drinks were unlimited.
After reading the reviews, I was prepared for the worst. I acknowledge that we cannot compare food in a large city of Mantra Hotel with a regional environment. We had two breakfasts and a dinner here. Given the location there was a wide selection of dishes including Mexican, Asian and Australian cuisine. I don't think we should expect authentic dishes because there is no connection to the communities. The pizza was pretty good. The highlight of the dinner was the lamb, nicely cooked, good taste. The wagyu add-on is a great idea, something special and everyone can cook it to its taste. The staff was attentive and hard working. We had two breakfasts here. I understand that Barista coffee is an extra, but Nescafé is not a satisfying option. On our second occasion we arrived at 8 and the staff packed the whole bread at 8.35. We had the last pig sausage and they didn't feel it. Instead of compotes I prefer a better selection of fresh fruits (there were only a few apples). Overall, I gave 4 stars because most staff were friendly and really tried their best.
We went to Encore last night for our Anniversary. Food was terrible. Salad was limp, beetroot in huge chunks, in 1 salad was raw.. .. no chicken dishes, all red meat. Pork n Black Bean? Was bland and cold. Macaroni n cheese? Cold hard bread rolls! Pizza looked like it was leftovers from the day before! Hubby had prawns, which were nice he said. Definitely not impressed!
