The customer service was awful. The manager expected us to wait an hour to pick up our order, and it wasn't fresh at all. They never informed us when it was ready, even though they said they would. Overall, a terrible experience. View all feedback.
I just watched four groups of people receive their meals before me, and I was the first in line. I won't be coming back.
I had to wait 30 minutes for a single item order, and the staff was not very friendly.
I ordered from DoorDash, and they gave me wings the size of marbles along with a half-eaten wing, seemingly on purpose, as if they had a personal grudge against me.

I ordered online for pickup, but when I arrived, the order wasn’t mine, so I had to go back inside to sort it out. After double-checking, I finally got the right order. Once back at the hotel, I noticed the tenders could have been cooked a bit longer, as they weren’t fully done, but everything else was good.
