Horrible customer service, the Manger except us to pick up our order after a hour and couldn't get it fresh. Never notified us when it was ready like they said they would . Horrible place. View all feedback.
Order online for pickup , got there and we had to go right back in because it wasn't our order then doubled checked again to make sure ,got back to hotel and the tenders could of used a little more cooking wasn't done all the way but everything else wasgood
Ordered from door dash. They gave me marble sized wings and a half bitten wing on purpose because they dislike me on some personal stuff.
Terrible customer service. The manager expected us to pick up our order after an hour, and it wasn't even fresh. They never notified us when it was ready, despite claiming they would. Awful experience.
I just watched four groups of people receive their meals before me, and I was the first in line. I won't be coming back.
I had to wait 30 minutes for a single item order, and the staff was not very friendly.
