What Rambo Thanks dislikes about Sonic Drive-In:
The customer service is nonexistent, and the employee uniforms are filthy. The menu is disorganized, and the drive-thru gives off an unsanitary vibe. I ordered onion rings and a milkshake, but the onion rings were tough like wood, and they got my milkshake order wrong, so I had to throw it away. If you're at the Gilroy Hwy 152 location, it's best to keep driving—I wouldn't want to risk going home with a stomachache. View all feedback.
