I went here for dinner with friends when it was still open. Two items were missing from my bowl. I received a small discount. Of course, I could have mentioned it earlier if it had been obvious at first glance. But you rummage through the bowl like that and only notice it later. We all thought the food was quite tasty. However, it was very, very loud in the restaurant, and it took a correspondingly long time for someone/the food to arrive. It's okay to try it once, but not a must-try. I received an email today reminding me to pick up a free soda or iced tea. But you're closed now, aren't you?!
We reserved a table in advance and even received a text message the day before to confirm the reservation. So we were all the more frustrated when we arrived to find the doors locked. Please make this more visible on your website and especially on Google, and update the online reservation system – we were really looking forward to our visit :
